Overlooked Orchid

She sighed as she stared out the window, looking upon a bright sunny day. Was this really finally happening to her?? Was she really getting married? She felt happy and content, and yet, she wondered if it was all just a dream. She had thought, yearned for this moment her whole life, and yet, it still seemed unreal that she had finally found the right man for her. Even when she had sent out the wedding invitations it hadn’t seemed real.
