Shoes were her addiction, her drug of choice..Whenever anything goes wrong out shopping for shoes she went. Clarks shoes were a favorite, being stylish and yet comfortable.
She would need several pair of shoes to get through the problems of the moment. They were evicting her from her apartment, she was on rocky ground at work, and now a call from her father, saying her Mom was sick.
