I don’t think a Master’s in organizational development sounds so bad…It might be just what I need in fact.
I’ve heard that many professionals seeking a Masters in organizational development don’t know they can get a Masters in Organizational Leadership instead
Organizational development professionals may want this credential to advance into a management position or for the course work on consulting, however I can’t exactly say I’ve ever met an organizational development professional, but that’s not saying much as I don’t get around professional circles much.
The thing I like is that Organizational Leadership is broader than just an Organizational Development degree, which opens more career paths. Career paths are important in my opinion.
